As one of our first hires, you will work directly with the founders to establish our growth engine from the ground up. This role offers high ownership over our initial acquisition strategies and requires a hands-on approach to testing and iterating on our market presence. You will operate in a broad capacity, helping define how we reach our early users.
what you'll do:
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across major digital advertising platforms
- Analyze campaign data to optimize acquisition funnels and improve conversion rates
- Test new messaging and audience targeting strategies to identify scalable growth channels
- Collaborate with the founding team to align marketing experiments with product development
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for rapid iteration
- Manage budgets across social and search advertising platforms
