You will work directly with our engineering team to ensure our services are reliable, performant, and capable of handling high-growth demands.

- Design and implement scalable backend services to support our AI-driven features
- Develop clean, maintainable, and type-safe APIs using TypeScript and Node.js
- Integrate and manage data pipelines to improve the accuracy of our talent matching models
- Optimize service performance to ensure low-latency responses for users
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
