As a Principal Backend Engineer, you will drive the design and development of our core backend systems to support complex operational data. You will mentor technical teams and ensure our platform remains scalable and performant while integrating seamlessly with established ERP, QMS, and MES environments.
what you'll do:
- Design and architect high-performance, scalable backend services for our B2B coordination platform.
- Develop complex data models to capture and govern cross-functional business processes.
- Optimize PostgreSQL database performance to handle large-scale, relational enterprise data.
- Design robust, secure RESTful APIs to facilitate integrations with existing enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams through design reviews and code quality initiatives.
- Analyze and solve complex system-level bottlenecks to improve overall platform reliability.
