Skypoint is building a comprehensive suite of agentic AI applications to address labor inefficiencies in healthcare and senior living. As a Senior Product Designer, you will translate complex domain requirements into intuitive interfaces for administrative and clinical teams. You will work across the full product lifecycle, ensuring our AI-driven solutions are both functional and accessible within high-stakes healthcare environments.

- Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-powered healthcare applications.
- Conduct user research to identify pain points in revenue cycle, operations, and workforce management workflows.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications for complex dashboard and automation interfaces.
- Collaborate with engineering and product management to define product requirements and align on design goals.
- Maintain and contribute to the internal design system to ensure consistency across the product suite.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing sessions with healthcare administrative staff.
