As an Assistant Category Manager for Food, you will play a key role in expanding our pet care offerings and ensuring our pet parents have access to high-quality nutrition. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize our product mix, manage category performance, and enhance our presence across D2C, e-commerce, and quick commerce platforms. This role requires a data-driven approach to P&L management and a keen eye for market trends in the pet industry.

- Manage end-to-end category performance, focusing on revenue growth, margins, and inventory health.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product assortment and pricing strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and brand partners to ensure consistent supply and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns across online and quick commerce channels.
- Monitor and report on key category KPIs including conversion, fill rates, and customer feedback.
- Support the development and execution of category-specific growth initiatives.
