At Aerem, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our end-to-end renewable energy platform, which bridges the gap between solar financing and B2B marketplace procurement. You will contribute to the architecture of robust systems that support our RBI-licensed NBFC operations and our growing solar ecosystem. This role involves designing scalable, high-performance software that directly impacts our ability to drive solar adoption across India.
what you'll do:
- Design and implement scalable software architectures for our solar-focused marketplace and financial services platform.
- Develop, test, and deploy full-stack features using modern web application architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate B2B procurement workflows with financial lending processes.
- Optimize system performance and reliability to handle increasing traffic from our nationwide network of EPC partners.
- Mentor team members and establish engineering best practices for code quality and documentation.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies or AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering productivity.
