You will work closely with the leadership team to communicate our unique investment thesis and translate deep research into sustained growth of our Assets Under Management (AUM).

- Develop and execute a comprehensive capital-raising strategy to scale assets across our PMS and AIF investment products.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with UHNIs, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Represent the firm's investment philosophy and research capabilities during high-level investor engagements.
- Build and lead a high-performing distribution team aligned with the firm’s disciplined investment culture.
- Collaborate with the investment team to translate complex research insights into effective investor communication materials.
- Identify and open new channels for capital acquisition, ensuring alignment between investor goals and our investment horizon.
