Mati AI Labs is focused on developing agentic systems designed to automate work and scale platform capabilities. As a founding engineer, you will contribute to the core architecture and development of our primary systems. You will work across a diverse stack to bridge the gap between high-level agentic logic and robust platform execution.

- Design and implement agentic systems capable of automating complex workflows.
- Architect and maintain a multi-language codebase including Python, Rust, Kotlin, and Swift.
- Develop and integrate automated testing and deployment pipelines to accelerate platform delivery.
- Collaborate on core product features, ensuring high performance and reliability across services.
- Refactor and optimize system components to support modular, scalable development.
- Participate in full-lifecycle development, from initial concept through production implementation.
