As a Product Intern, you will work closely with our core team to translate user needs into intuitive interface features. You will contribute to the product roadmap by analyzing user behavior and helping define the future of automated talent matching.
what you'll do:
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to refine product specifications.
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to identify pain points in the hiring process.
- Draft functional documentation and user stories for upcoming feature releases.
- Monitor key product metrics and report on feature performance post-launch.
- Support the development team in quality assurance and acceptance testing.
- Assist in the competitive analysis of the recruitment and AI technology landscape.
