As a Mechanical Engineer, you will contribute to the physical infrastructure and mechanisms that facilitate this 'try at home' commerce experience. You will work on designing and developing hardware solutions that help build trust between brands and consumers across various categories.
what you'll do:
- Design and prototype mechanical systems that support product try-before-you-buy logistics.
- Develop detailed CAD models and engineering drawings for new hardware components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical parts with existing retail workflows.
- Conduct testing and performance analysis on mechanical designs to ensure reliability and safety.
- Optimize existing physical processes to improve the efficiency of product distribution and handling.
- Document technical specifications and maintain engineering records throughout the design lifecycle.
