Kapture CX is looking for a technical leader to drive the development of AI-driven features within our enterprise customer experience platform. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between advanced research in LLMs and practical application, ensuring our customers benefit from hyper-personalized and context-aware support tools. This role involves designing scalable AI architectures and overseeing the deployment of intelligent modules that function across retail, travel, and BFSI sectors.
what you'll do:
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML pipelines to support complex conversational customer service workflows.
- Develop and maintain RAG pipelines to improve response relevance and domain-specific knowledge retrieval.
- Build and optimize LLM-based applications using orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
- Architect robust system designs to ensure low-latency performance of AI services in a production environment.
- Create and monitor evaluation frameworks to measure model performance and accuracy through A/B testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate conversational AI products into our existing vSaaS ecosystem.
