As an SDE, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of features within the Salesforce platform. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, focusing on delivering scalable solutions that integrate AI and data into the customer experience. This role is based in our Bengaluru office in a hybrid capacity, offering the opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise CRM systems.

- Design and implement new features for the Customer 360 platform.
- Manage the full development lifecycle from initial scoping and design through to production deployment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data and AI agents into existing workflows.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to support enterprise application requirements.
- Utilize AWS services to support application infrastructure and service delivery.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
