As a founding member of the product and engineering team, you will be responsible for defining the initial technical architecture and user experience of our platform. This role requires an individual who thrives in unstructured environments and can translate complex problems into clear, functional products. You will work closely with leadership to shape the roadmap from the ground up as we scale our network.

- Design and architect core product features from concept to production deployment.
- Build scalable infrastructure capable of supporting high-frequency interactions.
- Collaborate directly with the founding team to refine product strategy and technical direction.
- Ship iterations rapidly while maintaining high code quality and architectural integrity.
- Identify and solve ambiguous challenges inherent in building a new platform.
- Contribute to the full development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and monitoring.
