As a Growth Marketing professional, you will play a foundational role in testing, iterating, and scaling our user acquisition experiments. This position is based in Bengaluru and requires a hybrid presence to collaborate closely with the product and founding teams.

- Develop and execute end-to-end growth experiments to drive user sign-ups and platform adoption.
- Manage community engagement and outreach strategies on professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Analyze user acquisition data to identify trends and optimize marketing funnels.
- Collaborate with the product team to align growth initiatives with feature releases and platform updates.
- Create and iterate on marketing content that resonates with job seekers and professional audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and report key metrics to inform future growth strategy.
