As a Senior Staff Engineer for Product Definition, you will play a critical role in shaping the roadmap for next-generation power systems. Working within our semiconductor development organization, you will bridge technical innovation and market needs to define products that advance decarbonization and energy efficiency. You will collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to guide power device technologies from concept through qualification and release.

- Define the technical specifications and product requirements for new power semiconductor devices.
- Manage the end-to-end product development flow for complex power management solutions.
- Evaluate and select optimal power conversion topologies to meet performance and efficiency targets.
- Lead technical qualification processes to ensure compliance with industry and quality standards.
- Collaborate with R&D, application engineering, and marketing teams to align product features with market demands.
- Provide technical guidance on Si, SiC, and GaN technology integration into power systems.
