I’m hiring! 🚀 Position - Category Operations I’m looking for someone who loves taking a business that’s “doing okay” but then figuring out how to make it do a “whole lot better” and bringing out “the best of it”. The role is a mix of brand management + business operations, where you’ll be owning a set of torso & tail brands and working closely with them to unlock growth. What will you actually be doing? → Owing the onboarding process end to end. → Figuring out why a brand isn’t growing and what we can do about it → Working with brands/sellers to improve their sales and overall business → Looking at data, spotting opportunities and turning them into action → Fixing assortment, visibility, availability and operational gaps → Working with multiple internal teams to get things moving → And most importantly, owning the outcome, rather than just ticking off tasks I’m not looking for someone who needs a perfectly defined playbook. I’m looking for someone who is curious, analytical, scrappy and enjoys solving messy business problems.
