This role sits within our operations team, focusing on the coordination of credit processes and managing relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to ensure seamless service delivery. You will work on-site in Bengaluru, helping to structure financial cases and support the overall growth of our community ecosystem.
what you'll do:
- Coordinate credit documentation and case structuring for financial products and services.
- Manage and maintain relationships with DSAs to ensure efficient lead processing.
- Perform numerical analysis to evaluate credit applications against company guidelines.
- Execute regular follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely task closure.
- Facilitate the communication of credit decisions and requirements to community members.
- Resolve discrepancies in loan and financial documentation to maintain process accuracy.
