At Arintra, you will bridge the gap between complex healthcare clinical data and automated revenue cycle workflows. You will lead the product strategy for data-centric features, ensuring our AI agents effectively interpret medical documentation across diverse specialties and health systems. This role is pivotal in evolving our platform from automated coding to comprehensive revenue cycle intelligence, working closely with clinical and engineering teams.

- Define the product roadmap for data-driven features within our healthcare revenue assurance platform.
- Translate complex clinical and financial data requirements into actionable specifications for engineering teams.
- Oversee the development lifecycle of LLM-powered agents to ensure accurate, explainable, and compliant outputs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate Arintra into enterprise health system workflows, such as Epic and athenahealth.
- Analyze platform performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimizing coding accuracy and denial management.
- Maintain high standards for data privacy and security in accordance with HITRUST certifications.
