At Aion, we embed directly with enterprise clients to build and deploy complex AI systems into production environments. As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for the underlying infrastructure and compute architecture required to support large-scale model training and agent deployment. You will work across the hardware stack to ensure our AI systems are performant, reliable, and well-integrated with diverse enterprise data center environments.
what you'll do:
- Design and optimize high-performance computing platforms to support intensive AI workloads.
- Architect and manage GPU-accelerated server clusters, ensuring efficient interconnectivity via NVLink and InfiniBand.
- Execute end-to-end system bring-up, including firmware configuration and hardware diagnostic testing.
- Monitor and maintain data center hardware health, focusing on thermal design, power management, and storage reliability.
- Collaborate with software teams to integrate hardware infrastructure with cloud and on-premises AI deployment pipelines.
- Troubleshoot hardware-level performance bottlenecks to ensure consistent model training and inference uptime.
