Sugar.fit is expanding its clinical presence to provide more accessible, in-person diabetes management support across India. As a Program Manager, you will lead the operational rollout of new clinics and establish high-value partnerships with doctors and healthcare networks. This role is essential to bridging our digital platform with physical care touchpoints, directly impacting our ability to support thousands of subscribers in their health journey.
what you'll do:
- Execute the end-to-end strategy for offline clinic site selection, setup, and operational readiness.
- Develop and maintain professional partnerships with doctors, clinics, and medical networks to facilitate referrals and co-care.
- Own the P&L and revenue targets for your assigned region and clinic clusters.
- Monitor operational KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize clinic throughput and resource allocation.
- Manage end-to-end stakeholder relationships, including internal clinical teams and external healthcare providers.
- Plan and implement local BTL marketing and community engagement initiatives to drive clinic footfall.
