i-exceed is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our internal IT operations and infrastructure strategy in Bengaluru. You will oversee the robust systems that support a global team and the critical environments powering our Appzillon digital banking platform. This role involves managing complex network architectures, virtualization environments, and cloud transitions to ensure operational excellence for a company operating across 25+ countries.
what you'll do:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the organizational IT infrastructure.
- Manage and optimize enterprise networking, server virtualization, and data center environments.
- Lead cloud migration and management initiatives to support scalable and secure business operations.
- Ensure high availability and security for internal IT systems and infrastructure components.
- Develop and enforce robust IT policies, disaster recovery protocols, and cybersecurity measures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure capabilities with business requirements.
