As the Head of Technology, you will lead the engineering efforts behind a platform that unifies messaging across WhatsApp, Instagram, and web for global merchants. You will be responsible for overseeing the architecture of our multi-tenant SaaS platform and scaling our AI-driven conversational capabilities. This role involves balancing architectural rigor with the agility required to support deep ecommerce integrations and real-time messaging workflows.

- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and reliable software solutions.
- Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews, architectural documentation, and infrastructure best practices.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of integrations with ecommerce platforms like Shopify and various payment gateways.
