As a Backend AI Engineer, you will design and implement the core infrastructure that powers our LLM systems and data pipelines. You will work on solving complex distributed systems challenges to ensure our AI models perform reliably at scale.
what you'll do:
- Design and maintain high-throughput distributed systems to support real-time AI inference.
- Develop and optimize production-grade RAG pipelines for data retrieval and processing.
- Implement agent frameworks to enable sophisticated decision-making and task automation.
- Orchestrate complex prompt workflows to improve AI model output quality and reliability.
- Manage and scale vector database integrations for high-performance semantic search.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to define technical standards and system architecture.
