In ancient Greece, a Proxenos was a citizen who was appointed to look after the residents of another city-state when they visited. While it carried political weight, a major part of their daily duties was serving as modern hospitality agents. They arranged safe lodging, secured transport, negotiated local prices, and ensured foreign visitors could access religious festivals or theatres. We are looking for Proxenos to help us take care of this traveller who is going to travel outside of their home. There are very few industries where you are part of someone's happiest memories - travel is one of them. As a founder, I can come up with many reasons for prospective folks to join the team.
