- Conceptualize and execute user-centered design solutions for end-to-end product features.

- Conduct design reviews and articulate trade-offs between user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality design implementation.
- Refine and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across the Porter product ecosystem.
