As a Software Developer at HPS, you will contribute to the evolution of our PowerCARD suite, a comprehensive platform powering payment solutions for over 500 institutions globally. You will work within a collaborative team to design, build, and maintain features that support the entire payment value chain. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable code for both web and enterprise applications in the fintech and banking sector.

- Develop and maintain enterprise-grade web applications for the financial services industry.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications and code.
- Implement full-stack features using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries to ensure high performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and external payment channels.
- Manage the development lifecycle including unit testing, integration, and deployment.
