This role sits at the intersection of process engineering and production optimization within an engineering-led manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for designing and refining manufacturing processes for precision forged and machined components used in automotive and aerospace systems. This position focuses on improving technical workflows to ensure consistent quality and efficiency across our production facilities.

- Design robust manufacturing processes for complex forged and machined components.
- Develop detailed process sheets and control plans for engine and transmission parts.
- Execute the prove-out of new components directly on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with tool design and production teams to optimize cycle times and part quality.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing process bottlenecks to improve operational throughput.
- Ensure all process designs comply with international quality and safety standards for the automotive and aerospace sectors.
