I’m looking for someone sharp, analytical and hungry to learn to work directly with me at Emversity. This isn’t a conventional Program Manager role. You’ll get direct CXO exposure and a front-row seat to how an entire business is built, scaled and operated. From analysing business performance and solving complex problems to driving cross-functional initiatives, running business reviews and building the systems that keep everyone aligned, you’ll be involved in the decisions and details that move a business forward. What you’ll work on: 🔹 Business Execution: Drive high-priority initiatives across functions and ensure execution translates into measurable outcomes. 🔹 Data & Insights: Analyse business performance, identify trends and bottlenecks, and turn numbers into actionable insights. 🔹 Business Reviews: Run periodic business reviews, track key metrics, review progress against targets and drive accountability on action items. 🔹 Source of Truth: Build and maintain centralised business documents, dashboards and reporting systems that give leadership a clear, reliable view of business performance. 🔹 AI & Automation: Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows and solve business problems. 🔹 Stakeholder Management: Work with CXOs and functional leaders to align priorities, resolve roadblocks and drive outcomes. What I’m looking for: * 3+ years of experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data. * Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with business reporting. * Hands-on experience with AI tools and a mindset to constantly find better ways of working. * Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills. * Above all, a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to do the heavy lifting.
