As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will drive the design process for our hardware systems from initial concept through to final production. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure our charging solutions meet rigorous performance and safety standards.

- Develop detailed mechanical designs for EV charging components and housing systems.
- Perform tolerance stack-up analyses to ensure precision in assembly and fitment.
- Create comprehensive 3D models and technical drawings using industry-standard CAD software.
- Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to all design documentation.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize designs for DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and cost-efficiency.
- Manage the prototyping phase and conduct testing to validate design integrity.
