what you'll do:
- Design and deploy production-grade time-series forecasting models to predict demand across complex supply chain networks.
- Implement hierarchical and grouped time-series methods to ensure forecast reconciliation across various granularities.
- Develop ML pipelines for uncertainty estimation using probabilistic forecasting and quantile regression techniques.
- Manage the end-to-end model lifecycle, including versioning, experiment tracking, and automated deployment.
