As an Account Manager, you will serve as the bridge between our creative design team and our corporate clients, ensuring project vision aligns with business goals. You will work onsite in Bengaluru, overseeing projects that range from custom signage to complex biophilic design implementations.
what you'll do:
- Manage the full sales lifecycle for B2B accounts, from initial outreach to deal closing.
- Present design concepts and project proposals to stakeholders in boardroom and onsite environments.
- Interpret complex architectural drawings and brand guidelines to ensure project specifications are met.
- Coordinate project requirements with internal fabrication and installation teams.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project status using CRM software.
- Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms to provide updates.
