As one of the earliest hires at this founder-led startup, you will work directly with the leadership team to define the product strategy and growth architecture. You will be responsible for building experimentation loops and driving user lifecycle metrics from the ground up. This role offers the opportunity to shape the product development culture and influence the trajectory of a new venture in a high-ownership environment.
what you'll do:
- Design and execute the end-to-end growth strategy covering acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Build and maintain a high-velocity experimentation culture through iterative A/B testing.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify friction points and optimize conversion funnels.
- Develop and implement product-led growth initiatives to drive organic user expansion.
- Partner with engineering to prioritize growth-focused features and technical improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of growth experiments and feature releases.
