As a Data Engineering Manager, you will lead the architecture and development of robust data pipelines that process high volumes of financial information. You will oversee the evolution of our data infrastructure, ensuring that our partners have the reliable, scalable insights required to manage modern credit products effectively.

- Design and implement scalable data architectures to support credit card and UPI-based credit workflows.
- Lead the engineering team in building and optimizing end-to-end data pipelines for batch and real-time processing.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of big data projects, from initial architecture to production deployment.
- Collaborate with backend and product teams to integrate data solutions into core credit infrastructure.
- Mentor engineers on best practices for data modeling, performance tuning, and system reliability.
