As our DevOps Lead, you will be responsible for the stability, scalability, and security of our production environments that power customer support for over 10,000 teams. You will drive the evolution of our platform, focusing on automation and high-reliability systems to support our growing AI and SaaS offerings. This role involves close collaboration with engineering teams to build robust developer experiences and maintain high-performance, business-critical infrastructure.
what you'll do:
- Design and manage scalable production infrastructure on cloud platforms to support high-availability customer service tools.
- Lead the implementation of Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform to ensure environment consistency.
- Maintain and optimize container orchestration systems using Kubernetes to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines to facilitate efficient, secure, and frequent software deployments.
- Architect monitoring and observability solutions to ensure proactive incident management and system health.
- Mentor junior team members on site reliability engineering principles and best practices.
