- Conceptualize and execute original video formats and brand-owned content series.
- Oversee visual storytelling, including set design, shot selection, and lighting standards.
- Lead creative reviews to ensure visual quality remains high across all client deliverables.
- Collaborate with the strategy team to align creative output with specific audience growth goals.
- Direct the end-to-end production process for recurring content franchises and ad creatives.
- Mentor junior creators and editors in developing a distinct visual identity for each brand partner.
