Experience - 6 to 10yrs Notice Period - Immediate Joiners / 15-30 days Location - Fully remote, with occasional travel to client sites Email - priyanka.sonar@nablon.ai Nablon is hiring a Technical Program Manager who owns client relationships and delivery for enterprise agentic AI programs, and who can still open the codebase and build when the program needs it. About the role You will be the person our Fortune 500 clients call first. You run the program end to end: scoping, planning, delivery, escalations and the business case for what comes next. Agentic AI programs fail when the person running them can't tell a real blocker from noise. That is why this role is technical. You will understand how agents plan, use tools, hand off work to each other and get evaluated well enough to challenge estimates, unblock engineers and build parts of the system yourself. You will work with engineers, solution architects and client stakeholders from business owners up to CXOs. Required qualifications 6–10 years of experience, with at least 3 years as a TPM, technical project manager or delivery lead on client-facing software programs. At least 2 years as a hands-on software engineer, data engineer or ML engineer before moving into program roles. Delivered at least one agentic AI system to production, not just a pilot. Working Python skills. You can read a pull request, write a script and stand up a small service. Practical knowledge of agentic design patterns: planning loops, tool use, multi-agent orchestration, memory, human-in-the-loop, evals and guardrails. Familiar with at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP) and core concepts like APIs, containers and CI/CD. Comfortable running Agile delivery with tools like Jira, Linear or Azure DevOps. Strong written and spoken English. You can present to a CXO and write a clear status report the same day. Preferred qualifications Experience in a consulting, services or systems integrator firm managing Fortune 500 accounts. Domain exposure to RCPG, Banking, MedTech or Industrial clients. Hands-on use of agent frameworks such as LangGraph, the Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK or similar, and agent protocols such as MCP and A2A. Experience with agent observability and eval tooling such as LangSmith, Langfuse or Braintrust. Knowledge of enterprise constraints in regulated industries: data residency, PII handling, model risk management, SOC 2 and HIPAA. Certifications such as PMP, CSM or SAFe, or a cloud certification.
