As an SRE 2 at Slice, you will be responsible for the stability, availability, and performance of our production systems. You will collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable infrastructure, automate operational workflows, and improve our incident response capabilities. This role is focused on maintaining high-availability environments and ensuring our cloud operations are efficient and secure.
what you'll do:
- Manage and monitor cloud-based production infrastructure to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
- Maintain and optimize Kubernetes-based production workloads.
- Implement automation for repetitive operational tasks to improve team efficiency.
- Participate in the on-call rotation to provide incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.
- Design and execute disaster recovery plans and high-availability configurations.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to support continuous software delivery.
