As a Lead – Java at i-exceed, you will be responsible for scaling and enhancing the Appzillon platform, which supports over 150 million bank accounts worldwide. You will lead the delivery of robust microservices and modernize legacy applications to support seamless digital banking journeys across retail, SME, and corporate channels. Your work will directly enable financial institutions to digitize complex operations and improve customer engagement at scale.
what you'll do:
- Lead the full software development lifecycle for Java-based microservices in a banking environment.
- Design and implement scalable architecture to support high-volume real-time financial transactions.
- Modernize and upgrade legacy Java applications to align with modern web and mobile banking standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and lead production debugging to ensure system stability and performance.
- Translate complex banking requirements into technical solutions that optimize customer onboarding and journey mapping.
- Mentor engineering team members on best practices in Java development and microservices design.
