You will focus on building automated lifecycle journeys and refining CRM strategies to increase repeat visitation and customer loyalty. - Design and execute personalized email and push notification campaigns to drive repeat visits.
- Manage CRM audience segmentation to ensure targeted communication for diverse visitor cohorts.
- Build and maintain automated lifecycle journeys for park guests and hospitality customers.
- Analyze retention metrics and conduct cohort analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with product and operations teams to integrate guest data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Develop reactivation campaigns for lapsed visitors to bring them back to our parks.
