Young Operator

I'm looking for a young operator to shadow me on a venture we're building.

Someone who's spending their evenings testing LLMs, building agents, automating workflows, trying every new AI product that launches, and generally living a few months ahead of the curve. shadowing" usually means 14-hour days of doing the grunt work that doesn't scale. what’s the actual split between strategic execution and just being an executive assistant here?
