As a Growth Strategic Executive, you will play a key role in connecting students and academic institutions with Softin Tech’s professional training programs. You will be responsible for building pipelines, executing outbound engagement strategies, and managing relationships with college stakeholders. This role is focused on bridging the gap between education and industry through direct outreach and partnership development.

- Manage end-to-end outbound lead generation to identify prospective students and institutional partners.
- Develop and execute systematic follow-up cadences to convert inquiries into program enrollments.
- Draft targeted outreach messaging and content for marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Engage with student communities and college leadership to promote workshops, bootcamps, and certification programs.
- Build and maintain a robust prospect pipeline through direct communication and networking.
- Represent Softin Tech at college events to drive talent acquisition and program awareness.
