As an early-stage hire, you will partner directly with the founders to build our product from the ground up. This role offers the opportunity to define the design system, user workflows, and core product experience in an ambiguous, zero-to-one environment. You will own the full design lifecycle, from initial research and prototyping to shipping end-to-end features.
what you'll do:
- Design and iterate on core product workflows to simplify complex user interactions.
- Partner with founders to translate high-level product vision into actionable design specifications.
- Conduct usability research and incorporate user feedback to refine product direction.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interface designs for feature launches.
- Define and maintain the visual language and design system for the product.
- Analyze user behavior and application data to inform iterative design decisions.
