As the Founding Product Designer, you will lead the user experience strategy for our platform, which powers organic marketing across traditional search and emerging AI answer engines. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to transform complex B2B data into intuitive, actionable workflows. This role involves building our design system from the ground up and designing interfaces that help brands scale their organic visibility effectively.

- Own the end-to-end design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and delivery.
- Simplify complex B2B data workflows to ensure clarity and usability within the Organic Marketing OS.
- Design and evolve a scalable design system to maintain consistency across the entire product suite.
- Develop intuitive UI patterns for AI-assisted features and predictive search optimization tools.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ship zero-to-one product features.
- Conduct usability testing to iterate on features and improve user engagement.
