As a Senior Manager II for Trust & Safety, you will play a critical role in defining and executing our strategy to protect Flipkart’s massive e-commerce ecosystem. This position focuses on the capabilities side of TnS, where you will manage the development of real-time risk decisioning systems and fraud detection mechanisms. You will work across teams to ensure that our marketplace remains secure for millions of users while maintaining a seamless customer experience.

- Design and implement scalable fraud detection systems to mitigate seller and buyer abuse.
- Manage real-time risk decisioning processes across our payment and delivery infrastructure.
- Optimize risk models to reduce false positive rates and minimize friction in the user journey.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to align trust and safety policies with platform growth objectives.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify emerging fraud patterns and operational vulnerabilities.
- Lead and mentor a team focused on building robust product risk capabilities.
