Origin is developing the first general-purpose construction robot designed to address labor shortages and productivity challenges in the $2T construction industry. As the Lead for Global Deployment, you will oversee the transition from pilot projects to large-scale robotic operations on active construction sites. This role focuses on bridging the gap between field performance and product engineering to ensure successful deployments across various enterprise partnerships.
what you'll do:
- Develop and execute strategic playbooks for multi-site deployment of robotic systems.
- Manage the end-to-end customer acceptance process for new site installations.
- Establish global rollout governance to maintain consistency and quality across diverse job sites.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal product teams and external stakeholders, including general and trade contractors.
- Utilize field data and performance metrics to identify operational bottlenecks and drive product iterations.
- Define stage gates for successful site transition from pilot testing to full-scale deployment.
