As an early member of the team, you will be responsible for building the core experience for tal, an AI-powered talent agent. You will work directly on the product, iterating quickly on user feedback and shaping the technical foundation of our platform. We are building in a highly collaborative environment where shipping small, impactful experiments is key to our development process.
what you'll do:
- Develop new features and interfaces for the tal platform using React
- Design and implement efficient data fetching patterns with GraphQL
- Manage secure user authentication and authorization flows via OAuth
- Partner closely with product stakeholders and end users to iterate on features
- Execute rapid development cycles through small, focused product experiments
- Maintain clean and scalable code as we refine our core product offerings
