As a Strategy Intern, you will work directly with our operational teams to identify growth opportunities and solve complex problems in our soil-to-sales journey. This role is based in our Kadubeesanahalli office in Bengaluru, where you will translate ambiguous business questions into actionable insights.

- Structure and analyze ambiguous business problems to support executive decision-making.
- Conduct primary research to test core assumptions about customer and market behavior.
- Collaborate closely with frontline operations teams to identify supply chain inefficiencies.
- Develop frameworks for analyzing competitor activity and market trends.
- Support the design and execution of growth experiments for new product categories.
- Synthesize data and findings into clear, concise presentations for internal stakeholders.
