We are looking for a growth-focused individual to establish our outbound systems and optimize our acquisition funnels. You will work closely with the team to turn early product usage into repeatable growth loops.
what you'll do:
- Design and optimize end-to-end acquisition funnels for our B2B AI products.
- Develop and execute lifecycle and retention programs to increase user engagement.
- Build repeatable outbound systems, including cold email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Test paid and organic acquisition channels using a rigorous, variable-based approach.
- Conduct qualitative research and analyze funnel data to inform product decisions.
- Document growth experiments and strategy to build an internal knowledge base.
