Sageo is building a people operating system designed to help growth-stage companies navigate complex scaling challenges. As an SDE 2, you will join our engineering team to design and implement backend systems that manage performance and organizational data for our clients. You will play a key role in building out scalable services that translate organizational needs into stable, reliable software solutions.
what you'll do:
- Design and implement robust backend services using Go to support our core platform features.
- Develop and maintain scalable data models using PostgreSQL and relevant NoSQL databases.
- Build and integrate event-driven workflows utilizing Kafka for real-time data processing.
- Ensure low latency and high availability for transactional systems within the platform.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Deploy and manage services within AWS containerized environments.
