This position involves designing and maintaining internal control frameworks to ensure our operations meet global standards for financial integrity and security.

- Develop and maintain robust compliance policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks.
- Manage ongoing AML/KYC operations for cross-border payment flows.
- Analyze and report on regulatory changes impacting global digital asset operations.
- Draft and submit Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) in accordance with regulatory mandates.
- Coordinate with legal and product teams to integrate compliance requirements into new feature development.
- Monitor transactions using blockchain analytics tools to identify and mitigate financial risk.
